Redefining the change and project management processes
We have been working with our client to review the existing change and project life cycle following the implementation of a new digital platform. The organisation has changed their strategic direction from using a hosted SaaS model to a self managed approach which will provide them with the agility they need to support their global growth.
In order to support the new approach and ensure change requests and projects are managed efficiently within a governance framework a new life-cycle was needed. The organisations business strategy is to grow globally in a short space of time and enhance the brand in existing markets by releasing new platform features and offering relevant promotions to the customers.
