Multi-dimensional cost model

Its been over a week since we last updated our blog but that doesn’t mean we¬†haven’t been busy, quite the opposite! We have been continuing our work with an existing client in the UK working on a large integration and joint venture initiative. The programme of work consists of numerous work streams ranging from the business setup through to the making technology changes to support the new business.

We have specifically been focusing our time within a business analysis capacity on the new platform programme. Our analysis work has allowed us to work across each functional area of the business ranging from finance, pricing, sales/marketing through to the IT functions.

This week we have focused time working on a multi-dimensional pricing model which provides the ability to determine cost and sales pricing for different customer segmentations. Analysis work included data model definition, use case analysis, use case definition and the creation of detailed requirements which will be fed into the Agile SDLC.

We will be continuing our analysis next week in preparation for sign-off with the business stakeholders.
